Can I be a Planetary Protection Officer???

So apparently NASA is hiring someone to protect our world from ALIENS!!! This is so cool!!! Sure they say the job is making sure alien microbes don't get through to our earth but maybe that's just a cover for the real job. They just don't want to tell everyone the full story. I'm sure that I'm definitely qualified for this job and would be an amazing Planetary Protection Officer! And, I'd get to meet real aliens!!! SO COOL!!! What do you think?
