Regeneration
Some of what we consider to be "lower" life forms are actually really neat. Take Earthworms for example. They have the power of regeneration. I always thought that was so cool. If I could be any type of worm, I would definitely choose to be an earth worm. What a cool little super power that would be to have. Enemy chops off your head? No sweat! Just grow a new one.
